Summit Housing Group is a Western Montana based Affordable Housing Developer specializing in Low Income Housing Tax-Credit (LIHTC) financed multi-family apartments. We also have experinece building market rate developments as well. So far Summit Housing Group has developed 16 LIHTC projects (726 units) and one market rate project (28 units) spanning Montana and Wyoming. Summit Housing Group is exicited to announce the development of it's first project in South Dakota. We were recently awarded a project in Spearfish (32 units) which is currently under construction and will be completed in late summer 2013.

Summit Housing Group has over 10 years of experience developing multi-family properties. We are involved in all aspects of the development including, site selection, engineering, architecture, construction, and marketing. We currently have developed over $100 million dollars in tax credits and provided 726 units in Montana and Wyoming.

Our Developments

Currently we have 16 projects completed with 1 more under construction. Focusing on multi-family affordable housing, we provide (LIHTC) and market rate communities for families and seniors (55+).

Our Commitment

Summit Housing Group is a developer of high quality, affordable and energy efficient apartment units with consideration to green building techniques during construction and the development process. These techniques will not only benefit our environment, but also our tenants. The result of our added efficiency will directly impact the cost of heating, cooling and lighting our units. This savings will provide additional affordability to our development.

Summit Housing Group, in partnership with federal state and private-sector funding sources, provides affordable rental housing to families and seniors of low to moderate income. Our developments contain finishes and amenities typically not found in the affordable market.
