Covey Run Apartments are senior housing development providing 42 apartment homes scheduled to open in August 2012. All units will have a private balcony and will include air conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, car ports, and washer and dryers.   These units will include the newest "Enterprise Green Communities" building specifications as well.
