Rusty Snow

As President of  Summit Housing Group, Rusty focuses on new development and redevelopment opportunities throughout the Rocky Mountain West.   Rusty leads the team which is responsible for the development of affordable multi-family, independent senior living, tax credit acquisition and rehabilitation, and market rate apartment projects.


Rusty’s 15 years of experience in the real estate industry prepares him to guide the company in the creation and implementation of new development opportunities.


His team’s responsibilities include site and feasibility analysis, contract negotiations, project financing, project due diligence, zoning and variance processes, and market analysis.


Prior to joining Summit Housing Group, Rusty served as Vice President of Business Development at The Benoit Group, LLC , securing 20 allocations of 9% Tax Credits in five different states with a combined development budget of $200 million. Rusty also lent his expertise to assisting in the development of ten apartment communities through the use of Tax Exempt Bond financing and 4% Tax Credits, while managing the construction and renovation of over 1,000 apartment units, totaling $100 million. 


Education/Affiliations: Rusty, an Atlanta native, received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western State College, and is an active member of the US Green Builder’s Association. 

Chad Householder

Project Manager

Chadmon Householder joined Summit Housing Group in January of 2016 as a Project Manager. Chad returned to the mountain west after 3 years in western Nebraska where he was employed at Cabela’s world headquarters as a Project Manager in both Retail Operations and the Project Management Office. Chad has completed and passed training for Housing Credit Certified Professional designation, received his K5 endorsement, and continues to work on obtaining the Project Management Professional certification. Chad received his Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University (Greencastle, Indiana).

Denise Posey

Project Manager

Denise began at Highland Property Management in 2016 and moved to Summit Housing Group at the end of that year. She brings experience in finance, real estate, litigation support, and records management to the team. Denise worked with Western Michigan's largest financial advisory team at Morgan Stanley, providing marketing, technical, and financial reporting expertise. From 2009 to 2012 she managed the digital and physical records consolidation of one of the largest American pharmaceutical mergers to date. Denise received her Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University and completed graduate work in records and information science at Wayne State University.

Matt Brandt

Construction  Manager

Matt joined the SHG team in 2017 and serves as the Construction Manager.  Matt has  over 10 years of experience in the construction and real estate world and has participated in the development and construction of over 1200 units.  His experience ranges from dense urban infill projects is the south lake union neighborhood of Seattle to Garden style buildings in  Great Falls. Matt’s primary responsibilities at SHG include overseeing the construction process from conceptual budgeting through closeout. Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington and is a LEED AP.
